We work most days except public holidays. Because our service is so personal and we cannot obtain a signature at time of delivery we will take a digital photo of work carried out and extra services delivered at your required location. This in effect will be your proof of delivery and fulfilment of your order, this photo will then be posted or e-mailed to you.
Once you have confirmed the service you wish and full payment has been received we will carry out the service requested. We will endeavour to fulfil any special day visits at short notice however these cannot be guaranteed as we prefer to receive at least seven days notice.
We will retain a copy of the picture of your loved ones resting place for our records. The copy we hold will not be used for any promotional purposes unless expressly agreed with yourself. We accept no liability for any loss or damage arising after your order has been fulfilled.
Unless you are able provide us with a grave number, we cannot guarantee that the work will be done on the first visit as we will need to first locate the grave, which can sometimes be difficult. If it is not possible to do so, you will be charged £15 for the cost of the visit.
Occasionally, plant, fresh flower or bulb substitutions are necessary due to temporary availability issues. If this is the case we will ensure that the style, theme and colour scheme is preserved and will only substitute of equal or higher value.
